OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Game Description: Watts (the "Sponsor") will be offering a series of separate prize draws at various times as part of its celebration of its 150th anniversary in 2024 (collectively, the "Sweepstake"). Each prize draw is managed separately. Participation in one prize draw does not result in participation in other prize draws. These Official Rules apply to each prize draw.
Details regarding the exact dates of any prize draw, as well as the prize(s) available in that prize draw, and any other details will be listed at https://www.watts.eu/en-gb/company/watts-150th/150th-sweepstakes (" Draw Page "). Be sure to check this page regularly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
- Eligibility: Prize draws are open only to:
- persons of legal age, 18 years of age or older, and
- employee or manager of a company domiciled and registered in United Kingdom, Scotland and Northern Ireland exercising his activity in the following fields of activity:
- plumbing and heating
- water management, water treatment, water distribution or conservation
- electric underfloor heating
When the person who participates is an employee, this person must make sure to have obtained the authorization of its employing company prior to participate to this sweepstake.
Employees and directors of Sponsor or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as advertising, promotion and production agencies (as well as their dependents, members of their immediate families and persons residing in the same household) are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws apply.
- Entry Period: Each entry period for each prize draw will begin and end on the dates and times indicated on the Draw page for that particular prize draw.The time zone corresponds to Paris time, i.e. UTC+1.The computer in the Sponsor's database is the official timing device.
- How to participate : To participate, you must create a free account with Watts Works Online (" WWO ") to https://training.watts.com/login/signup.php ?. by entering a professional address that you use regularly to ensure that you receive the email informing you of your possible victory in one of the prize draws.
You may then enter sweepstakes on WWO using virtual Sweepstake tickets ("Tickets"), which you can obtain by:
- Following an online training module in WWO, including passing the quiz, which you can take repeatedly until you have achieved the passing score.At the end of each module, you will receive 15 tickets.
- Attend in-person training at a learning center.At the end of a training session and by completing a short survey in WWO, you will receive 150 tickets.
- Attending a "Lunch&Learn" training session in person or online.At the end of a training session and by completing a brief survey in WWO, you will receive 75 tickets.
Each Ticket may be used for one (1) entry into any prize draw during the applicable Entry Period. When using a Ticket to participate in a prize draw, that Ticket will then be deducted from your remaining balance of Tickets and may not be reclaimed or reallocated to any other draw(s). Please note that several separate prize draws, each with its own prize, may run during the same entry period. As mentioned in Article 1, participation in each prize draw is done separately. The winner of each prize draw will be randomly selected from all eligible entries in that prize draw.
You can allocate your Tickets to any draw of your choice, in the proportion of your choice. Subject to the details on the dedicated page, it is envisaged to offer the following prize draws:
- Quarterly Draws: In June and October 2024, there may be one or more draws, each for a different prize. Each quarterly prize draw is separate. Participation in a quarterly prize draw does not constitute participation in any other prize draw, even in the same quarter. Each quarterly prize draw will have its own draw page. The number of quarterly prize draws may vary.
- Grand Prize Draw: One (1) prize draw will be held for the Grand Prize as indicated on the Draw page (the "Grand Prize draw") in December. Entry into the Grand Prize Draw will be available at any time throughout the entry period specified on the Draw page
- Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of each prize draw will be selected, by a digital tool specialized for prize draw, at random from eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period for that prize draw, in accordance with the "How to Enter" Rule above, and will occur within 5 business days of the end of the applicable Entry Period.Each potential winner will be notified promptly after the relevant prize draw using the details of the WWO account associated with the entry. Each potential winner must respond to the initial notification within 72 hours, failing which the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to comply with the request may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to awarding, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
Verification of Eligibility Criteria: As part of each prize draw, the Sponsor will conduct an audit to confirm the eligibility of any potential winner and compliance with these Official Rules. By entering any prize draw, you agree to reasonably cooperate with any such background check. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a background check reveals that a potential winner does not meet all of the eligibility criteria, an alternate winner will be randomly selected and will be the first winner who meets all the criteria.
- Prizes/Odds: The prize(s) and value(s) available for any prize draw will be shown on theDraw page for that prize draw. The odds of winning a prize draw depend on the number of eligible entries received for that prize draw.
Prize Terms and Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or substitution is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if an advertised prize is no longer available. Once you have responded to the announcement of your win, it will take between 4 to 6 weeks for the prize to be delivered. Each potential winner (i) is responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes imposed as a result of acceptance of the prize and for all costs and expenses not identified above If a potential eligible winner is considered a minor in his/her place of residence, a parent or legal guardian must sign any prize claim document on behalf of such potential winner.
- Additional Rules : Entry documents/data that have been falsified or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of the Entry Materials, or failure of any technical system, network, telephone equipment, electronic device, mobile device, computer, hardware or software of any kind,or inaccurate transmission or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsor due to technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device or computer related to or resulting from participation in a Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes sponsored by the Sponsor any person who, in its sole discretion, has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate any sweepstakes if the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that any malfunction, error, disruption or damage is or will impair administration, the safety, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a prize draw. In addition, if for any reason the Sweepstake, or any portion thereof, is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstake, or any portion thereof, The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible for or tampers with the Sweepstake process. and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstake, and (if the Sweepstake is not cancelled) select the winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the termination or modification. To the extent permitted by applicable law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's authorization for Sponsor to use the winner's name, voice, likeness, and/or likeness, in any and all media without restriction of any kind, without compensation for promotional purposes to the extent permitted by law.
- Disclaimer: By participating, you release the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, service providers, advertising agencies and all other persons associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstake from any injury, loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by your participation in a sweepstakes and/or acceptance.the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prize, and you agree that such entities are not responsible for any warranties, representations or warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize draw and/or the awarding of a Prize, except as expressly provided in these Official Rules.By participating, you agree that: (i) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any prize draw or prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in a sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; (iii) in no event shall an entrant be permitted to obtain any reward for, and entrant hereby waives any right to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred; and (iv)these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of :
- United Kingdom for participants of United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts of London and waive any objection thereto.
- Scotland for participants of Scotland and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts of Edinburgh and waive any objection thereto.
- Data: Any information provided to the Sponsor in connection with participation in one or more sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy and is available and viewable at the following address; https://www.watts.eu/en-gb/data-privacy-policy
The WWO platform on which you must register to participate in one or more prize draws is a platform whose data collected is and stored in servers domiciled in the United States.
The Sponsor guarantees that the storage and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the regulations in force.
- List of Winners : To determine the name of the winner of any prize draw, available approximately two weeks after the end of the applicable entry period, send an email to [email protected] with "Watts 150th Anniversary Sweepstake" in the subject line.Be sure to specify which draw(s) (including prize and time period) you are requesting.All such applications must be received no later than February 28, 2025.

By entering a prize draw, you unconditionally agree to accept without any reserves these Official Rules and additional details on the applicable Draw page. Any entry into a prize draw must be received within the applicable Entry Period. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. The use of any macro, bot, script, or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the WWO account used to submit the entry. An "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned the email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
