The Watts EasyBreak AB backflow preventers for fluid class 5 are specially designed for application in drinking water. The clean drinking water runs via a mechanical float valve in the MDPE storage tank. The multicellular stainless steel pump(s) submerged in the tank or horizontally or vertically next to the tank, bring the water back under pressure and pump it with the necessary flow rate to your machine or consumer(s). The built in control ensures the automatic operation and protection of the pump. Standardisation The AB Security EasyBreak has been developed in accordance with EN 1717 and NEN-EN 13077. Installation instructions Install this Break Unit according to Water Worksheet 3.8 and 4.1. Capacity reservoir: Standard 105 and 210 liters. Max. medium temperature: 40 oC. Max. starts: 20 per hour. Power supply: 1 x 230 V 50 Hz (other voltages on request). Control: On/off or frequency control. Number of pumps: Standard 1 or 2. Custom made up to 4 pumps. Reservoir: MDPE. Material pump housing: Stainless steel. Inspection: Belgaqua. AB SAFETY EASYBREAK AB 15 - 105L - ES 3/4 BASIC (1 PUMP) Black MDPE crushing tank of 105 liters (useful capacity 75 liters) with membrane float valve 1/2", regulatory overflow according to EN 13077 in stainless steel with drain 75 mm, manhole 8" and drain valve 1/2" with hose barrel. In the break tank is a Flowmotion stainless steel multi-cell submersible pump ES 3/4 built with a capacity of 3 m3 / h at 3 bar head equipped with the automatic pump control Briotank with integrated dry run protection and small storage tank. Press connection unit: 1". AB SAFETY EASYBREAK AB 20 - 105L - ES 5/4 BASIC (1 PUMP) Same as the Easybreak AB 15 - 105L - ES 3/4, but equipped with a diaphragm float valve 3/4" and a Flowmotion stainless steel multi-cell submersible pump ES 5/4 built with a capacity of 5.5 m3/h at 3 bar head. AB SAFETY EASYBREAK AB 15 - 105L - 2ES 3/4 DRIVE (1 PUMP + 1 SPARE) Same as the Easybreak AB 15 - 105L - ES 3/4, but equipped with 2 Flowmotion stainless steel multi-cell submersible pumps ES 3/4 built with a capacity of 3 m3/h each at 3 bar head, equipped with 2 frequency controls Sirio with integrated dry run protection. These deliver an almost constant pressure to the tap, regardless of the offtake. If one pump fails, the unit automatically switches to the other pump. Press connection: 1". AB PROTECTION EASYBREAK AB 20 - 210L - 2ES 5/4 DRIVE (2 PUMPS) Same as the Easybreak AB 15 - 105L - ES 5/4, but with a capacity of 210 liters (useful capacity 150 liters) and a membrane float valve 3/4". In the break tank are 2 Flowmotion stainless steel multi-cell submersible pumps ES 5/4 built, each with a capacity of 5.5 m3/h at 3 bar head, equipped with 2 frequency Sirio controls with integrated dry run protection. These deliver an almost constant pressure to the tap, regardless of the offtake. If one pump fails, the unit automatically switches to the other pump. In case of a large water intake both pumps work together. Press connection: 6/4". The pumps must be protected with a 10A fuse and a 30 mA differential switch (included in installations with two pumps).
